Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Abdulnasser Alamodi Platform. The Platform offers two online services provided by ABDULNASER MOHAMMED AHMED ALAMODI (also written ABDULNASSER MOHAMMED AHMED ALAMOUDI):

  • Smart Advisor | Business AI: a service based on artificial intelligence.
  • Video Consultation Sessions: live online sessions with the Service Provider.

In these documents, "Service Provider" means ABDULNASER MOHAMMED AHMED ALAMODI, who is also referred to in the first person ("we", "us", "our"). "User" means anyone who uses the website or the services, and "Client" means a User who requests a video consultation session.

By using the website, creating an account, purchasing any service, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Nature of the Services

Smart Advisor is a technical service based on artificial intelligence, designed to help the User analyze information, organize ideas, explore alternatives, and support business-related decisions. Its outputs do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, investment, medical, or other specialized professional advice, and do not guarantee any particular result.

Video Consultation Sessions are a human service delivered personally by the Service Provider in the business areas specified in the Video Consultation Sessions Policy, and are governed by that policy.

2. Account and Use

The account can be created free of charge.

Creating an account, making a purchase, or booking a session requires the User to have reached the age of legal capacity in their country, or to do so with the consent of their guardian or legal representative.

The User undertakes to provide accurate information, keep their login credentials confidential, and not use their account unlawfully or in a way that harms the services or others.

The User is responsible for the content and data they enter into the services, and confirms that they have the right to provide and use it.

3. Purchases and Paid Features

Paid services or features may be available according to the prices and packages shown to the User before completing the purchase.

Paid features of Smart Advisor, where available, include a one-time Question Pack and additional Dana credit, with no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. Their prices and details are set out in the Purchase, Payment, and Refund Policy and on the purchase page.

Questions and credits are subject to the terms of use explained at the time of purchase.

4. Merchant of Record for Smart Advisor Purchases

Orders for the Question Pack and Dana credit are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for these purchases. Paddle collects payment, calculates and collects applicable taxes, issues invoices, and handles refund requests and disputes relating to these purchases, in accordance with its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, alongside these Terms.

Video Consultation Sessions are not sold through Paddle; they are paid directly to the Service Provider via Payoneer, in accordance with the Video Consultation Sessions Policy.

5. Dana Credit

The User may, as made available by the service, purchase additional credit through Dana according to the displayed packages and prices. Dana credit can be used within Smart Advisor only, and may not be used to pay for Video Consultation Sessions.

The Service Provider may grant free Dana credit as part of promotional offers or campaigns, the terms and duration of which it determines. This creates no obligation to grant similar credit in the future and no entitlement to any monetary compensation, without prejudice to the User's mandatory rights under applicable law.

In these documents, "Free Credit" means any credit for which the User has not paid, whether granted through promotional offers or upon account activation, or added through free top-up codes. Free Credit is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

6. Artificial Intelligence

AI outputs may contain errors, incomplete information, or inaccurate information.

The User is responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them, especially for important financial, legal, commercial, or operational decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

Rights to the website, the Platform, its software, designs, logos, and original content belong to their owners or licensors.

They may not be copied, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

The User retains the rights to the content they provide, while granting the Service Provider the rights necessary to process it and operate the services in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to use the services to violate laws or the rights of others, to enter data the User has no right to use, or to attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass the security or technical systems of the services.

9. Availability of the Services

We strive to provide the services reliably; however, they may be subject to downtime, delays, maintenance, or malfunctions caused by technical or operational reasons, third parties, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Suspension or Termination of the Account

The Service Provider may suspend an account, restrict access, or terminate the service in the event of a breach of these Terms, misuse, or a security or technical risk, with due regard to rights that may not be restricted under applicable law.

If the Service Provider decides to permanently discontinue Smart Advisor for a reason not attributable to a breach by the User, Users will be notified at least thirty days before the discontinuation date, by email to the address registered on the account and by a notice on the website. The notice is deemed received on the date it is sent to the registered email address. Users may continue to use their credit until the discontinuation date.

After discontinuation, the Service Provider will, on its own initiative and without any request from the User, refund the value of unused paid credit to the payment method used for the purchase. Free Credit of all kinds will be cancelled automatically, and no compensation will be paid for it.

If the payment method the User used has changed, the User must inform the Service Provider of this and of an alternative method by email to info@alamodi.site within thirty days of receiving the discontinuation notice. If the User does not do so within that period and the refund to the original payment method cannot be completed, the Service Provider shall be deemed to have fulfilled its refund obligation, and the User may not claim the refund thereafter, subject to any mandatory right under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for decisions or results arising from the User's reliance on AI outputs without verification, or from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User. In any event, the Service Provider's liability relating to Smart Advisor shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for it during the twelve months preceding the claim; Video Consultation Sessions are subject to the limitation of liability set out in their own policy.

No provision of these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Amendments

These Terms may be updated as the services develop, their features change, or legal requirements evolve. Publishing the updated version on the website constitutes notice of the amendment, unless the law requires another method of notice. Amendments do not apply to a session paid for before their publication, unless they are in the Client's favor.

13. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Governing Language

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without giving effect to any conflict-of-laws rules that would result in the application of another law.

If any dispute or claim arises in connection with these Terms or the use of the services, the parties shall first try to resolve it amicably. The party concerned shall send written notice of the dispute to the other party, to info@alamodi.site if addressed to the Service Provider, or to the email address registered on the account or in the booking request if addressed to the User, and the parties shall seek to resolve it within thirty days of the date of the notice. Amicable resolution may take place by correspondence or by video meeting.

If the dispute is not resolved within that period, the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt shall have jurisdiction over it, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

The choice of law and jurisdiction in this clause is not intended to exclude or limit any mandatory rights or protections the User enjoys under the laws applicable to them, including mandatory rules on consumer protection or personal data protection.

These Terms and Policies are provided in several languages for the convenience of Users. In the event of any difference or conflict between versions, the Arabic text prevails, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Complementary Documents and Incorporation by Reference

The Privacy Policy, the Purchase, Payment, and Refund Policy, the Video Consultation Sessions Policy, and the Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer form integral parts of these Terms and shall be referred to for the matters each of them governs.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any complementary document, these Terms prevail on general contractual matters, while the specialized document prevails on the subject matter it governs, subject to any mandatory applicable legal provisions.

Global Privacy Policy

The Service Provider respects the privacy of the users and clients of the Abdulnasser Alamodi Platform and is committed to processing personal data responsibly and transparently, in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the processing and to the User.

The Service Provider is the party responsible for processing the personal data described in this Policy and can be contacted about it at the email address given in section 9.

1. Data We May Process

Depending on how you use the services, we may process:

  • Account data, such as name and email address.
  • Information about the company or project provided by the User.
  • Questions, conversations, and content entered into Smart Advisor.
  • Session booking data, such as name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, consultation area, session time, and a summary of its topic.
  • Recordings of video consultation sessions.
  • Usage and technical data necessary for operation and security.
  • Purchase and payment data necessary to complete and manage transactions. We do not see or store full bank card details, as these are processed directly by the payment providers.

2. How We Use Data

We may use data to:

  • Create and manage the account.
  • Operate Smart Advisor and provide responses.
  • Retain conversation context where necessary to provide the service.
  • Manage session bookings and send confirmations, payment requests, and reminders by email and WhatsApp.
  • Record sessions for documentation, quality assurance, and later reference where needed.
  • Process purchases and payments.
  • Provide technical support and improve performance and security.
  • Prevent misuse and fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process data on the legal basis appropriate to each purpose, which may include performance of a contract, consent, a legal obligation, or permitted legitimate interests, depending on the applicable law and the nature of the processing. Session recording is based on the explicit consent the Client gives at the time of booking.

Where processing is based on consent, the User may withdraw it through the available means, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Service Providers

Conversation content and the data needed to generate responses may be processed by Anthropic, as the technical provider of the AI models used in Smart Advisor.

Paddle.com Market Limited, as the Merchant of Record for Smart Advisor purchases, receives the purchase, payment, and billing data necessary to complete those purchases and processes it in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Payoneer receives the payment data necessary to pay for Video Consultation Sessions and processes it in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We may also rely on other service providers for hosting, technical infrastructure, security, video meetings, email, WhatsApp messaging, and support, to the extent necessary to operate the services.

Service providers are engaged under appropriate contractual arrangements and safeguards, depending on the nature of the data and the applicable law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell Users' personal data.

Data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with service providers or competent authorities where needed to provide the services, protect rights or security, or comply with a legal obligation.

6. International Processing and Transfer

Data may be processed or stored in countries other than the User's country.

Where applicable law imposes safeguards on cross-border data transfers, we apply the appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards recognized by that law, as applicable.

7. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, for the period required by law, or for the period necessary to protect rights, resolve disputes, and fulfill obligations. We retain records of financial transactions for the period required by tax and accounting regulations, even after the account is closed.

A consultation session recording is retained for 90 days from the session date and then deleted, unless a dispute or claim relating to the session arises, in which case it is retained until that matter is concluded. The recording or a copy of it is provided to the Client only with the Service Provider's consent.

When data is no longer needed, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized, as permitted by law.

8. Data Protection

We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

However, the security of no electronic system can be absolutely guaranteed.

9. User Rights

Depending on the applicable law, the User's rights may include requesting access to their data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to its processing, receiving it in a portable format, or withdrawing consent where processing is based on it.

Privacy requests may be submitted to: info@alamodi.site

We may ask for reasonable information to verify the identity of the requester before fulfilling certain requests.

10. Children's Information

The services are not intentionally directed at children in cases where the law prohibits providing such services without parental consent.

If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child in breach of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address or delete it in accordance with legal requirements.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies to operate core functions, manage sessions, improve security and performance, and analyze usage, as permitted by applicable law.

12. Data Incidents

If a security incident affects personal data, we handle it in accordance with the applicable legal procedures and requirements, including notifying affected authorities or individuals where required.

13. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated when the services, data processing methods, or legal requirements change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.

Purchase, Payment, and Refund Policy

This Policy sets out the terms of purchase, payment, credit use, and refunds for the services of the Abdulnasser Alamodi Platform.

1. Registration

Creating an account is free and does not in itself constitute a paid subscription.

2. Question Pack (One-Time Purchase)

Under the current offer, the price of the Question Pack is:

USD 4.99, paid once

and it grants the User:

15 questions.

There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. When the pack is purchased again, the balance resets to a fresh 15 questions and is not added to any remaining previous balance; the User is notified of this before completing the purchase.

3. Renewal

The services include no automatically renewing subscription or recurring billing cycle; the Question Pack, Dana credit, and consultation sessions are all one-time purchases.

4. Dana Credit

The User may purchase additional credit through Dana according to the packages and prices available at the time of purchase. It can be used within Smart Advisor only, and not to pay for Video Consultation Sessions.

The Service Provider may grant free Dana credit as part of promotional offers or campaigns, the terms and duration of which it determines. This creates no obligation to grant similar credit in the future and no entitlement to any monetary compensation, without prejudice to the User's mandatory rights under applicable law.

5. Payment for Smart Advisor Purchases

Purchases of the Question Pack and Dana credit are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. The available payment methods are shown in the checkout according to the buyer's country and device.

Prices may be displayed in the checkout in the currency of the buyer's country at the exchange rate applied by Paddle, and additional fees or taxes may apply depending on the country, payment method, or applicable law; all of these are shown before payment is completed.

6. Payment for Video Consultation Sessions

Sessions and their extensions are paid directly to the Service Provider through a Payoneer payment request link sent to the Client after the booking is confirmed, within the time limits set out in the Video Consultation Sessions Policy. Payoneer or the payment provider may charge fees, which are shown to the Client before payment.

7. Cancellation

There is no recurring subscription that requires cancellation or stopping a future renewal, because all purchases are one-time and create no future payment obligation. The User may stop using the service or request closure of their account at any time; closing the account at the User's request results in the forfeiture of any remaining credit, without prejudice to the User's right to request a refund within the period set out in section 8. Cancellation of Video Consultation Sessions is governed by the Sessions Policy.

8. Refunds for Smart Advisor Purchases

The User may request a refund of the Question Pack or Dana credit within 14 days of the purchase date. The full amount is refunded if none of the paid credit has been used; if part of it has been used, an amount proportional to the consumed part is deducted from the refund. This is calculated according to the account records and applies to paid credit only, not to Free Credit.

The paid templates in the library are unlocked after the first successful payment. Any refund, whether full or partial, of an amount paid to purchase the Question Pack or to top up Dana credit automatically suspends access to them, unless the account has another existing payment that has not been refunded; they are unlocked again only by a new successful purchase.

Refund requests may be submitted through Paddle (paddle.net), or by contacting us at info@alamodi.site so that we can forward the request to Paddle. Once approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method where possible, and the corresponding credit is removed from the account.

Free Credit of all kinds described in section 5 of the Terms and Conditions is not refundable, as nothing was paid for it.

Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, and any mandatory right of refund or withdrawal under applicable law, apply wherever they are more favorable to the User than this section.

9. Refunds for Video Consultation Sessions

Video Consultation Sessions and their extensions are subject to the refund provisions set out in the Video Consultation Sessions Policy.

10. Payment Issues

If an incorrect charge or a payment issue occurs, the User may contact us at: info@alamodi.site

Passwords, verification codes, or full bank card details should not be sent by email.

11. Invoices and Receipts

Paddle issues invoices for Smart Advisor purchases as the Merchant of Record. For consultation sessions, the Service Provider issues a receipt or payment confirmation according to the nature of the transaction and applicable regulatory requirements.

12. Changes to Prices or Packages

Prices, packages, or their features may be changed in the future; a change does not apply to a transaction paid for before it.

Users will be notified of changes that require prior notice under applicable law.

Video Consultation Sessions Policy

This Policy governs the booking, payment, and attendance of video consultation sessions delivered personally by the Service Provider.

1. Consultation Areas

Sessions are offered in the following areas: management and strategy, human resources, marketing and sales, business development, expansion and market entry, and projects and feasibility studies.

These sessions do not include legal consultations, which are requested through the separate Legal Advisor service.

2. Nature and Scope of the Session

The basic session lasts thirty minutes and is held by video online. Its purpose is to listen to the Client's situation, assess it, and provide an initial professional opinion and guidance based on the information the Client provides.

The session does not include preparing studies, plans, or written documents, or carrying out any work. Any additional work is offered under a separate proposal agreed after the session, and neither party is bound by it unless they expressly accept it.

The opinions and recommendations given in the session are advisory; the final decision, its implementation, and its results are the Client's responsibility, and the session does not guarantee any particular result.

3. Prices

Prices for sessions and extensions are those shown on the booking page at the time the request is submitted.

4. Booking Request and Confirmation

A booking request is submitted through the booking page on the website, for an available slot within the following two weeks, and at least five days before the session.

To submit a request, the Client must expressly agree to these Terms and to the recording of the session.

The booking is confirmed as soon as the request is submitted for an available slot, and becomes final once the session fee is paid within the period set out in the next section. Before payment, the Service Provider may cancel the booking without any obligation on either party, particularly if its subject falls outside the consultation areas; after payment, section 8 applies.

Session times follow the time zone shown on the booking page and in the confirmation messages, and the Client is responsible for accounting for the time difference between their country and that time zone. Time limits stated in days in this Policy are calculated in full hours before the session start time: one day is twenty-four hours, and two days are forty-eight hours.

5. Payment and Payment Deadline

After the booking request is submitted, a Payoneer payment request link is sent to the Client by email, and may also be sent via WhatsApp.

A payment reminder is sent three days before the session, and the payment deadline is two days before the session. If payment is not made by the deadline, the booking is cancelled automatically without any obligation on either party, and the slot becomes available to others. Non-receipt or late receipt of the reminder for any reason does not affect the payment deadline.

6. No Refund After Payment

The amount paid for a session or its extension is non-refundable after payment, including where the Client cancels the session or does not attend, without prejudice to sections 7, 8, 9, and 10 of this Policy and to any mandatory right under applicable law.

7. Rescheduling

The Client may reschedule a session once only, provided the request is made at least two days before the original session time and the new time is among the available slots in the booking schedule.

A session may not be rescheduled a second time, and a rescheduling request may not be made after the deadline has passed. If the session fee has not yet been paid, the payment deadline applies to the new time.

8. Cancellation or Postponement by the Service Provider

If the Service Provider cancels the session or is unable to attend it, the Client may choose either an alternative time agreed between the parties or a full refund of the amount paid for it.

9. Technical Failures

Each party is responsible for the readiness of their own device and internet connection. Session time lost due to a failure on the Client's side is not compensated.

If the session cannot be held or completed due to a failure on the Service Provider's side or in the meeting platform, the remaining time is completed at a later agreed time; if no time can be agreed within two weeks, the amount corresponding to the time not delivered is refunded.

10. Attendance and Lateness

The session starts and ends at its scheduled time, and any lateness by the Client is deducted from the session time without extending it. If the Service Provider is late, the Client is compensated for the period of lateness in the same session or at a later agreed time.

If the Client does not join within fifteen minutes of the scheduled start, the session is deemed delivered, and the Client is not entitled to a refund or rescheduling.

11. Break and Extension

Both parties are alerted shortly before the basic session time ends. Its end may be followed by a short break of no more than ten minutes, during which a waiting screen is shown; the break does not count toward the session or extension time.

The Client may request to extend the session by fifteen or thirty minutes if the Service Provider's schedule allows. The extension is paid through a separate payment link at the price shown on the booking page, and the extension time begins only after payment.

12. Session Recording

Video consultation sessions are recorded for service documentation, quality assurance, and later reference where needed, and the Client is expressly informed of this on the consultation request page before completing the booking. The Client's ticking of the consent box at booking, followed by payment of the session fee, constitutes the Client's explicit consent to the recording.

The right to record belongs to the Service Provider alone. The Client may not record, film, copy, or publish the content of the session by any means without the Service Provider's prior written consent.

Recordings are treated as confidential and are used or disclosed only in accordance with the Privacy Policy or at the request of a legally competent authority, and are retained and deleted according to the period specified there.

The Client may withdraw consent to recording by written notice before the session time; if this is done before payment, the booking is cancelled without any obligation on either party, and if it is done after payment, the session is held without recording.

13. Confidentiality and Conduct

The Service Provider undertakes to keep confidential the Client's information obtained during the session and does not disclose it except with the Client's consent, at the request of a legally competent authority, or to the extent necessary to operate the service through service providers in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Client undertakes to provide accurate information, not to provide information they have no right to disclose, and to behave respectfully. The Service Provider may end the session if the Client behaves abusively or uses it for an unlawful purpose, without any entitlement to a refund.

14. Communication

Communication regarding the booking, payment, and reminders takes place through the email address and WhatsApp number the Client provides in the booking request; the Client is responsible for their accuracy and for monitoring them.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider's liability for any session shall not exceed the amount the Client paid for it. This section is not intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
